Our Team
Vignesh Prasad
Vignesh is interested in creating spaces and communities where learning happens and conversation occurs. A computer science graduate from Georgia Tech, he is also the co-founder of multiple startups. Vignesh is a strong believer in the innate potential in everyone and believes that given the right environment everyone can thrive!
Venkatesh Naik
Venkatesh has extensively worked with communities for many years now predominantly focusing on health related work. A SOCHARA fellow, he has conducted Tuberculosis awareness camp and has worked as a counsellor for persons living with HIV. Having a bachelor’s degree in education it was natural for him to move to the education space.
Srilakshmi Santhosh
Srilakshmi, a graduate in development studies, intertwines her passion for arts and theatre with a commitment to early childhood education. Srilakshmi pursues a keen interest in research, aiming to contribute innovative approaches to the field. Outside her educational endeavors, you'll find her reading on the intricacies of politics, Chasing stories and trying out new creative pursuits :)
Prasanna Saligram
Prasanna has a bachelor’s degree in engineering, an MBA equivalent, and a Master of Science in Global Health and Public Policy. He moved on from his engineering career to work with communities. Prasanna is currently involved in raising awareness among waste picking communities on health and well-being in the urban areas of Bangalore, Vijayawada and Shimla.
Rajeev Gandhi
Rajeev has a strong passion and zeal in arts and crafts and has seven years of experience facilitating it's learning. He is always trying new things and looking for ways to make art out of anything. His pencil carving, miniature art and sand painting are especially of note. Rajeev is a life long learner and is looking to take his skills to the international stage by attempting a few Guinness World Records.
Janaki Prasad
Janaki is an MPhil in Mathematics and has been in the education space for the past 30 years. She has been the Head of the Department of Mathematics at Sishu Griha School and has also worked at the undergraduate level. Having worked in a Montessori school, Janaki believes that all learners should have freedom in their learning.
